It is important to us that the information and materials provided via this website are used wisely and in a way which is not likely to cause harm to either you or us.  Accordingly, we have to impose a few reasonable terms and conditions for using the site.  These are set out below, and by continuing to browse the site or downloading materials (or both) you are agreeing to comply with them.  In return, we agree to use all reasonable care in publishing information on the website, and to abide by our privacy policy.

The information and materials provided on this website are for your general information only and any specific examples of wording or possible approaches to situations are intended to be a starting point only – a means for you to identify potential issues upon which to seek advice.  Without knowing your particular circumstances (and therefore being able to advise ‘in context’), important aspects of your particular cirucmstances may not be adequately dealt with, and for this reason, any use of such information or materials provided will be entirely at your own risk.  However, we are always happy to chat contracts, so just give us a call and we’ll find out what your issues are – so that we can give you some personalised advice!

We make all reasonable efforts to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, sometimes gremlins (otherwise known as ‘technical issues’!) may make it temporarily unavailable.  If that happens, please let us know and bear with us – we’ll sort it as soon as we can.

From time to time we may include links from our website to other sites.  Of course, these are provided in good faith, but due to the transient nature of the information on web pages, and the risk of hacking, we regret that we can’t accept responsibility for their content. Please therefore ensure that your computer is adequately protected against malicious code and that you fully investigate the legitimacy of any information which you find upon such pages before relying on it.

This website and its content is the copyright of Annesley Business Consulting Ltd (which trades as Contract Clarity) – Copyright Annesley Business Consulting Ltd 2012-16 – and we reserve all rights in it. Accordingly, you may not redistribute, reproduce or exploit any of it in any way without our consent.  You may, however:

  • print or download to a local hard disk extracts which are for your personal and non-commercial use only; and
  • copy content to individual third parties for their personal use, provided that you acknowledge this website as the source of the material.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of that use is subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Finally, whilst we are sure it’s obvious, for the purposes of this page, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Annesley Business Consulting Ltd, which has its registered office at 17 Tongue Way, Ruddington, Nottingham NG11 6BA, and “you” and “your” refers to you – the user or viewer of our website.
